Jim O'Drobinak is the Founder of The Mejor Mundo Foundation and will serve as a Member of its Board of Directors, in a non-operating capacity. 

Mr. O’Drobinak is currently Chief Executive Officer and President of MCS Healthcare Holdings, LLC (operating as MCS, Inc. and MCS Classicare in Puerto Rico). In 2023, O'Drobinak was also appointed as President and CEO of GlobalHealth, an HMO based in Oklahoma City, OK. In October 2024, MCS Classicare announced that it is the only Medicare Advantage plan in Puerto Rico to obtain the prestigious 5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for 2025 . For 2025, CMS awarded the 5-Star rating to only seven health plans out of 507 nationally, and MCS Classicare is now the largest 5-star Medicare Advantage plan in the United States. 2025 is the second consecutive year that MCS Classicare has achieved the prestigious 5-star distinction from CMS, positioning itself as the ideal choice for Medicare beneficiaries seeking the highest level of care and service in Puerto Rico.

Mr. O'Drobinak helped create the MCS Foundation, one of the most reputable nonprofit organizations in Puerto Rico. In 2025, the MCS Foundation, thru its PR Saludable initiative, has created effective partnerships with more than 30 organizations to help Puerto Ricans across the island with clothing and food. Since its inception, the MCS Foundation has contributed almost $7 Million to assist thousands of Puerto Rico citizens. Local media organizations have recognized O'Drobinak as one of the executives whose leadership is an example for the Puerto Rican business community. In 2020, O'Drobinak received the Antonio Luis Ferré Lifetime Achievement Award from the Board of Directors of the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce for his successful career in Puerto Rico.

Mr. O'Drobinak’s commitment to community service is shown thru his role as Chairman on the Board Advisors of the Salvation Army, a Christian nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the needs of the underprivileged. When living in Florida, Mr. O’Drobinak also had leadership roles with the Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Leadership USF, Leadership Tampa Bay, The Gulf Ridge Council of the Boy Scouts, and the Florida Institute of CPAs, among other institutions.
